The Re-making Of The Future International, e.g. Global, Military - Germany
Germany’s defense minister has announced plans for a structural reform of the German military that would improve the effectiveness of the country’s armed forces.
Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg explained on Monday that the Bundeswehr is currently able to deploy only 7,000 to 9,000 of its 247,000 troops because the lion’s share of them are needed either at domestic posts or as relief for soldiers already on international missions. Under the new framework, the military would be streamlined, and more German soldiers would be freed up for overseas missions.

Germany is preparing a structural reform of its military that could free up more soldiers for international missions.
Defense Minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg said Monday a capacity of 7,000 to 9,000 soldiers for international missions is "certainly not at the upper end of possibilities" in comparison with other countries. The German army, or Bundeswehr, has a total of 247,000 active soldiers.

Four young Haredim scope out targets.

A bold new forum was recently organized to confront a persistent problem in Jewish-Christian relations in Jerusalem. But why are Ultra-Orthodox Jewish teens spitting on Christians in the first place?
A very embarrassing and persistent problem has arisen in some of the sacred sites in Jerusalem where Christians and Jews cross each other’s paths. Teenagers from a small sector of the city’s many Ultra-Orthodox (“Haredi”) Ashkenazi Jewish communities have taken to spitting at clerics wearing prominent crosses and dressed in traditional garb.
Assaults have been recorded at the Jaffa and Damascus Gates of the walled Old City, an area with many historic churches and monasteries, including the Polish Church of St. Elizabeth. To address the problem a remarkable interfaith forum, appropriately titled “Why do do some Jews spit at Christians in the Old City,” was held under the auspices of the Interreligious Coordinating Council in Israel and the Jerusalem Center for Christian-Jewish Relations.

Mr. Bruce Lee: The First Chinese Anti-Global Governance Celebrity. Chinese And Judaic Relations? Not A Chinaman's Chance Pt 4
“Everyone needs to choose his own path.” - Yip Man, Wing Chun Grand Master
April's newsletter goes back in time when Global Governance Strategic Concepts glossed itself vainly with the moments of physical persuasion.
Global Governance Diplomacy is the cryptic tactical towards an unpractical occupation. It is not centered on the premise of respect and understanding but rather a strategy to occupy and dominate.
Mr. Bruce Lee experienced first hand, NATO's Democracy of the old Cold War, e.g., Britain's democracy, e.g. Austria's Democracy, e.g. commonly known as Western Democracy, the enormity of its occult nature and self-destructive spirit.
So, it may take many Western Historians, think tank researchers, college professors and others by surprise that they may have completely glossed over the essence of Sino-Western relations.
Mr. Burce Lee's Grand Master Martial Artist, Yip Man, knew this essence far too well.
Yip Man's experience with Sino-Japanese relations is just a few pages into early Global Governance history, and it is his story that has captivated a world-wide audience into seeing the other side of Western Democracy in Asian lands.
Yip Man's first motion picture biopic called “Ip Man” can be viewed on You Tube. "Ip Man was released theatrically in Hong Kong on 19 December 2008, receiving widespread acclaim from critics and audiences. The film grossed over US$21 million worldwide, despite not being released in North America and most of Europe. Following its success, Ip Man was nominated for 12 Hong Kong Film Awards, winning awards for Best Film and Best Action Choreography," excerpt from Wikipedia.
Yet, it is the second and final installment, “Ip Man 2”, which will debut on April 29, that will require the audience to partake the cup of democracy a little further. Arriving in Hong Kong with his family, Ip Man confronts the influence of Western/British ....
