Global governance or world governance: When the political interaction of transnational actors aim at solving problems that affect more than one state or region. The allusion when there is no power of enforcing compliance, in essence there are powers or global trusts that are. The modern question of world governance exists in the context of non-nation sovereignty, hence globalization. A silent war whose agenda dictates responses to a West political perception on accelerating interdependences viewed from a worldwide scale. A euphemism proposing a new world order towards global domination both between human societies and between humankind and the biosphere. A select few, under the banner of "world governance", designating regulations intended for the global scale.
